Merry Christmas, my loved ones

Merry Christmas, my loved ones

Christmas brings families and friends closer together. The season reminds us to appreciate the many small but important ways of showing love to others as Christmas is a special time of sharing. May every home be filled with the spirit of love and unity, and every heart be filled with the spirit of giving. May people who have no friends find the joy of forgiveness and reconciliation. For the young people I love, I pray that they can be wiser in spending their time and efforts. I hope they can work hard in their studies and share their free time in doing more meaningful deeds. May they celebrate Christmas by sharing whatever they have to the less fortunate, joining a voluntary group to visit the sick or serving at the shelter for typhoon victims or doing some other charitable works for the poor. To my friends and their families in other countries, may the spirit of Christmas fill everyone’s heart with good memories of love, peace and joy.

For my family, while I am far away from you, I wish each one of you peace and joy this Christmas season. May you all feel loved on this special birthday of Jesus. May you all have good health and keep safe specially during this pandemic. You are all in my heart and my prayers. May our Almighty God bless and guide you in all you do and protect you wherever you go. I wish I could be with you all during this special occasion, the birthday of our Saviour Jesus Christ. Due to the global health risk I cannot come home to celebrate Christmas with you like we used to do. So just take good care of yourselves and enjoy the holiday. Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a joyful New Year.

I have almost forgotten the feeling of being back home every Christmas season. I wish I could celebrate this season with my family but this seems impossible. For my family back home, I wish you all happiness and prosperity. I want you to know that although I am not with you, each one of you is in my thoughts specially during Christmas season. May you end this year with smiles and a new hope for the coming year.

Christmas is here again, it is the time of giving and sharing, of loving and forgiving. For me, Christmas is one of those best times which fills my mind and brightens my heart with thoughts of being with my family and loved ones. But it is not possible this year due to the pandemic.

So for this season, I wish all of you my family and loved ones good health, happiness, love, peace and unity.

For my friends, having good friends like you is also a gift from God. May the warmth and joy of Christmas bring us closer to each other. I wish you a joyful Christmas and hope your wishes can come true this holiday season.

It’s been more than a couple of years that I wasn’t with my family during this season! Still let’s be thankful to our Christ for all his blessings on our family. All I want is to be together with all of you. I’ll always feel you’re close to me and though you’re far away.

Let Mary’s openness to God’s plan be an inspiration for us to place all trust in him. Let Joseph’s courage provide hope during time of anxiety and uncertainty. Let Jesus’ life ignite us with a spirit of love to embrace all families. Merry Christmas to everyone who’re far from home this year.

Being with my family this Christmas is the best present I ever wish for. But it’s not going to happen this year because of the travel restrictions during the pandemic. I’d like to extend my love this Christmas to my children and to all my family members back home especially to my mother, who is celebrating her 73rd birthday on Christmas day. Wishing her good health as always and have the spirit of gratefulness in every blessings of life we have ever had.
