The main source of my satisfaction is
when I see my students growing up,
I see them succeed,
I see them bravely face the world and its challenges.
And I say yes.
Because I am a teacher,
inspiring my students in a world
where most people learn by Google.
Yes, I am a teacher.
It doesn’t matter whether they like me or not now.
It doesn’t matter how they look at me.
What they have learned is through me — a teacher.
Even though they may not realise it.
