HONG KONG (SE): Sister Mary Bernadette of Our Lady of the Rosary [aka Belen C. De Castro], of the Order of Saint Clare [Poor Clares], passed away peacefully at Queen Mary Hospital June 11, the Poor Clares announced, She was 69-years-old and had been 34 years in the religious life.
A funeral Mass was celebrated on Wednesday, June, 28 at Holy Cross Church, Sai Wan Ho, and was followed by cremation at Cape Collinson Crematorium.
The Poor Clare Sisters in Hong Kong and the relatives of Sister Mary Bernadette are grateful for the prayers offered.
