VATICAN (SE): While it’s too early to discuss Pope Francis’ participation in upcoming Holy Week and Easter Triduum liturgies, the Holy See Press Office announced that he had prepared the meditations for the Via Crucis [Way of the Cross], on Good Friday at the Colosseum in Rome.
It reported that the pope continues to show improvements as he recovers at his residence in the Casa Santa Marta, and condition has shown further slight respiratory, mobility, and voice-related improvements. The pope is able to go long periods of time without oxygen administration, and generally only needs to use high-flow oxygen with nasal cannulas in the evening or when needed.
