HONG KONG (SE): Saint Francis University will be granted a land parcel on Man Lai Road in Tai Wai, the Education Bureau announced, according to a June 26 report in The Standard.
The Education Bureau (EDB) announced on Thursday that Saint Francis University will be granted a land parcel on Man Lai Road in Tai Wai at a nominal premium to develop a new purpose-built campus dedicated to full-time, locally accredited self-financing post-secondary programs.
The allocation, made through the Land Grant Scheme, was awarded at a nominal premium to develop a new, purpose-built campus , the Education Bureau said.
The decision followed a competitive evaluation by the Committee on Self-financing Post-secondary Education, which assessed proposals from three eligible applicants between December 2024 and March 2025.
