(SE): Cardinal Stephen Chow, S.J., and Bishop Joseph Ha, OFM., are in Singapore with a delegation of faithful from Hong Kong to participate in the last leg of apostolic visit of Pope Francis to Asia and Oceania.

Pope Francis, in his State Address at the University of Singapore on September 12, praised the achievements of the people of Singapore, especially in maintaining racial and inter-religious harmony, ecological and environmental protection, etc., and encouraging them to be kind to the poor, the foreign domestic helpers, and the disadvantaged.
